If you was wondering where to view PayPal Subscriptions, then you can do the following.
Login to your PayPal account and go to History > Basic Search. There, you can set a filter: Filters > Subscriptions > Subscriptions and Agreements. Lastly, you can see all activity regarding subscriptions.
However, if you want to see Subscriptions from your customers, you can see them on Profile > Recurring Payments Dashboard.
