		<description>gGanttic is a similar service. You don&#039;t have to register, but because gGanttic stores your project data in your Google Spreadsheet, you have to log-in into your Google Account. Disclosure: I am a owner of gGanttic.

Gantter is more feature rich, having group tasks and resources. It is also widely covered being implemented in AJAX. gGanttic is implemented in Silverlight 2.0, so Linux users is out of luck. On the flip side gGanttic has drag-drop editing for beginning, duration, and tasks relation, and has &quot;labels&quot; and allow filtering by them - effectively making it easy to group tasks outside of hierarchy.  Being silverlight based, gGanttic takes little longer to load, but once loaded it works real fast (subjective, comparative measurements were not done)
